Relaxation
Have a chat or just listen, or indeed have a laugh (there's plenty of those) over a cup of tea/coffe and biscuits. Get to meet some of our members and find out what we as a group are all about.
Refresh
Join our gentle exercise activities such as Tai-Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation techniques.
Wellbeing
Therapies are on offer for our group members free of charge. At present these include Reflexology, Massage and Reiki.
Workshops
From time to time we run workshops such as Mindfulness, Stress Management, Life Skills, etc. Most workshop events are selected by group members based on group choice.
